Safety & suitability rules
- Items must be safe for pets and fit for purpose
- No damaged or dangerous products should be listed
- Electrical items must be safe and working
- Toys, leads, cages, and equipment must be appropriate for the species
- No items that could cause harm or distress to animals
Prohibited items
The following must not be advertised:
- Illegal or banned items
- Equipment designed to harm or control animals inappropriately

- Expired consumables (e.g. food, medication)
