Why have messages been removed from my inbox?

- If you've received an email notifying you of any new messages, and then logged in to your Freeads account does not contain any new messages:
- If you have more than one account on freeads, please check that you are not logged into the wrong account
- please check that you have not accidentally deleted the message. If this is the case, messages will be held in your "deleted" messages folder.
If the above is not the case, please note that sometimes we identify abusive messages or spam after they are sent. Once the system picks up on any abusive messages, we will remove them from your inbox automatically. If you find a message you think is spam, please click on the "mark as spam" button to help us regulate email coming into our system for the future and make the Freeads community safer.
