Our Verified members are trusted users who have taken extra steps to prove they’re genuine.

To become verified, members must:

• Confirm their mobile phone & Whatsapp numbers
• Verify their email address
• Add a profile photo
• Upgrade to VIP membership using a valid debit or credit card

This helps build trust and gives buyers and advertisers more confidence when using Freeads.

How do I become a Verified Member?

1. Upgrade to VIP membership

Upgrade your account to VIP membership for just £7.99 - great value at under 60p per month.

• Renew only when you choose

When your VIP expires, you'll still be verified.

2. Upload a profile photo

Add a clear profile image to your account.

This should ideally be:

• A photo of yourself or your business

A profile image helps build trust within our community of pet lovers.

3. Confirm your email address

Click “Check my email” to receive your verification link.

Then:

• Open the email and click the verify button

4. Verify your mobile number and Whatsapp

Confirm your phone number to unlock trusted features:

• Show a “Phone number verified” badge on your ads
• Only verified numbers are displayed on ads

Important:
If you change your phone number, you’ll need to verify it again.
