Why isn’t my ad live yet?

Most ads go live within 15 to 20 minutes.

Once your ad is live, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS.

If your ad isn’t live yet

Don’t worry, it’s usually one of these:

• Your ad is being reviewed for safety and quality.
• There’s a short delay during busy periods.
• Your ad may need a quick check against our posting rules by a human.

We do this to keep Freeads safe & trusted for all of our lovely members.

What should I do?

• Check your email (including spam/junk) for updates.
• Allow a little extra time if you’ve just posted.

Still not live?

If your ad hasn’t appeared after a short wait, contact support and we’ll take a look.
