Safe payment tips (Other):
- Don't make any pet payment without visiting and viewing the pet in person first.
- Don't be pressured into "quick deposits" to secure a pet.
- Always ask before paying, "Is the deposit refundable or not".
- Make sure all bank details match the name of the breeder on Freeads
- Don't transfer to another account if the breeder requests this.
- For pet accessories or pet items, arrange payment on collection if possible.
- For services, arrange terms with your service provider.
Avoid these payment methods:
- Bank transfers to unknown individuals or where your bank presents a warning.
- Gift cards, vouchers or PayPal friends and family.
