If you need to cancel a PetSafe deposit, the process is quick and simple.
How it works for buyers:
1: Go to your PetSafe Wallet within Freeads.
2: Find the deposit you want to cancel.
3: Click Manage on the deposit.
4: Choose Cancel Deposit and follow the steps.
Once cancelled, your deposit will be returned to the card you originally used to pay.
Refunds are usually returned to your bank instantly or within a few working days depending on your card provider.
How it works for breeders & advertisers:
1: Go to your PetSafe Wallet within Freeads.
2: Find the deposit in question.
3: Click Manage.
4: Choose your cancellation reason and submit it.
The deposit will then be returned to the buyer’s account.
