Once you've uploaded your documents and submitted them for review, our team will check them as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email confirmation when your verification has been completed.
What ID documents can I use?
You can verify your identity using either:
Driving Licence
Please upload:
- Front of your driving licence
- Back of your driving licence

Passport
Please upload:
- Name and personal details page
Common reasons ID verification is rejected
To avoid delays, please make sure:
- All four corners of the document are visible
- Images are clear and in focus
- Text can be read easily
- The name on your document matches your Freeads account
- You do not use nicknames or abbreviated names
- Your date of birth matches the details provided

Verifying Your Address
In some cases, we may also need to verify your address before funds can be withdrawn.
There are several accepted forms of address verification available during the upload process, so please choose the document that is most appropriate for you.
Common reasons address verification is rejected
To avoid delays, please make sure:
- All four corners of the document are visible
- Images are clear and in focus
- Text can be read easily
- The name on the document matches your Freeads account
- The address matches the address provided
- The document is dated within the last 60 days
