Rabbits checklist


  • Have you fully researched the needs of rabbits and the lifelong costs of keeping them?
  • Can you rehome at least two together (rabbits should never be rehomed alone)
  • Can you provide a safe are of at least 3m x 2m x 1m?
  • Can you provide access to an outside grass excercise area?
  • Are you able to visit the rabbits in their own home and habitat?
  • Do the rabbits look healthy and well cared for?
  • Was the breeder able to answer any questions you had?
  • Do you understand the animals dietary and environmental needs?


If the answer to any of these questions is no, please reconsider your purchase, if you are concerned about the rabbits welfare, you can report the matter to Freeads or directly to the RSPCA.
