In order to withdraw payments received, it is a legal requirement that we verify your identity and/or address. 

Once you upload your documents and submit them for review, our team will review as quickly as possible. 

Please look out for an email from us to confirm that ID verification has been completed.

ID documents required:

Driving License - front and back photos

 

Passport - photo and name page

Common reasons for rejection:

  1. All corners of your document not visible
  2. Images blurry or text not clear
  3. Name on your document doesn't match (please don't use nicknames) 
  4. Date of birth doesn't match



Address verification

 

In some cases we may need to also verify your address. There are many forms of address ID supported so please choose the most appropriate for you. 

Common reasons for rejection:

  1. All corners of your document not visible
  2. Images blurry or text not clear
  3. Name on your document doesn't match (please don't use nicknames) 
  4. Address doesn't match
  5. Letter or statement not dated within the last 60 days
