How do I withdraw my deposits?
STEP 1
Complete deposit set up
Simply upload your ID documents and add your bank details
STEP 2
Request a transfer from your buyer
Once you’ve received a deposit payment and your buyer is happy to proceed, simply request a transfer to your Freeads account. Please ensure the deposit is released to you before transferring ownership of your pet.
**this process may take upto 7 days
STEP 3
Withdraw to your bank
Once the funds are processed, you can withdraw them to your bank account.
**unclaimed deposits held for 75 days will be returned to the buyer automatically
